Returns & Exchanges
At Arriving Journey Collection, we create each item with intention and care. Because many of our products are made just for you, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Made-to-Order Items
Many of our items are made-to-order, which means they are created specifically for you when your order is placed.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Preference in color or design
We encourage you to carefully review size charts and product details before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do offer size exchanges on eligible items:
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
- Replacement item will be sent once the original item is received and inspected
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
